“Great innovation happens not when you do it on the same curve but when you get to the next curve." — Guy Kawasaki, Chief Evangelist at Canva At the ULI Fall Meeting’s Closing General Session, Guy Kawasaki shared a powerful framework for innovation rooted in empathy, experimentation, and bold thinking. Key insights included: “Look for the pain” — Innovation begins by identifying real problems. “Don’t worry, be crappy” — Early versions don’t need to be perfect. “Eat what you cook” — Live where you design to understand the lived experience. “Plant many seeds” — Success often comes from unexpected places. “Use all your weapons” — AI should be part of every strategic conversation. ✨ Stay tuned for more recaps and highlights from #FallMeeting! 🎉 Close out a memorable week in San Francisco with the ULI San Francisco Block Party, happening on Front Street from 4–10 PM PST. This neighborhood celebration is inspired by a recent ULI Advisory Services Panel that helped reimagine this downtown corridor. Photos: Unfound Door #GuyKawasaki #AIInBusiness #Innovation

Mission Rock is transforming San Francisco’s southern waterfront into a vibrant new neighborhood, and we got a firsthand look during #ULIFallMeeting. 🏢 The tour gave attendees a close-up look at one of San Francisco’s most ambitious waterfront redevelopments. What was once 28 acres of surface parking is being transformed into a dynamic mix of housing, office space, retail, and public parks. The development team shared how this public-private partnership is bringing more than 1,000 new homes, Visa’s global headquarters, and eight acres of open space to life. 🔗 Take a closer look at Mission Rock’s journey in Urban Land: https://ow.ly/wCJx50XmR7C Photos: The Unfound Door #MissionRock #WaterfrontRevitalization #CityPlanning ULI San Francisco
