It was such a pleasure to be a featured speaker at Berkshire Hathaway’s annual LUX event today on behalf of Vesta! During my presentation, I shared insights on the world of luxury home staging, discussed the design trends for 2025-2026, and outlined best practices for agents to effectively collaborate with stagers.

Cover moment: Villa Sul Mare made the cover of South Bay DIGS. Staged by Vesta's L.A. Senior Creative Director, Kiel Wuellner, this Palos Verdes oceanfront estate marries classical elegance with contemporary design. Nearly 7,600 square feet on a rare bluff-top end lot, with sweeping decks, a wellness center, and a circular wine room. Our aim was to marry the home’s traditional architecture with Vesta's modern furnishings. Our favorite space is the double living room, where a rhythm of arched windows frames the ocean while twin seating zones create easy conversation and flow. Curved sofas and plush lounge chairs sit on layered rugs; a pale wood coffee table and ceramic vessels keep the palette quiet. The limestone fireplace anchors the room as doors open to the terrace for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Meet the modern chalet of Hidden Hills... 24172 Lupin Hill Rd is a newly built sanctuary with walls of glass, canyon views and a floor plan that lives outside. Just listed at $18,995,000, the nearly 11,000 square foot estate is designed for hosting with a wellness wing, a library and a guest house by the pool. Vesta designer Lisa Vail staged for the way people gather—easy circulation, layered textures and warm woods for depth. Earthy lines and a chocolate brown thread tie cabinetry to upholstery—from our Bogota coffee table to the Isla bench in chocolate—speaking to the walnut millwork. Curated corners soften the scale so every room feels lived in. Every door stacks away for true indoor-outdoor living with multiple lounges around the pool—an entertainer’s dream. Designing the backdrop to a big night: The Power Broker Awards at Mandarin Oriental residences, set within rooms Vesta designed and furnished. Our team Kiel Wuellner, Maggie Grillon, Meghan Campbell, Katherine Garcia and co-founder Brett Baer were honored to celebrate L.A.’s top agents with The Hollywood Reporter and The SOCIETY Group—especially meaningful in a year our community came together after the wildfires. Modern Coastal on Treasure Cove 🐚 At 2999 Rum Row, Vesta’s Florida Creative Director Linda Kennedy layers warm woods, sand-toned textiles and curved silhouettes to make this beautiful $29,950,000 new build by WATERSIDE BUILDERS INC. feel instantly lived-in. In the great room, plush family-friendly seating and woven lounge chairs gather around a stone-topped table beneath the coffered wood ceiling; mirrors and glass cabinetry bounce the abundant natural light. Built-ins throughout are edited with ceramics and keepsakes for a coastal-chic feel. Outside, the covered lanai opens to a resort pool with a sunken fire lounge and uninterrupted waterfront views—al fresco living from sunrise coffee to sunset cocktails. Buy the home—and the look. Behind the doors of 24044 Long Valley Rd 🏡 just listed at $24,775,000 and nestled on a lushly landscaped 1.4-acre lot. With Vesta designer Krystle Crail on interiors and Bonnie Bruckheimer as project manager, we mirrored the architectural grandeur of this new estate with a wood-toned, textural story—mochas, browns, taupes, soft greens—balancing expansive halls, tall walls and great rooms. The brief was scale; we answered with substantial silhouettes and custom luxury pieces to ground generous spaces. Dining sets the tone: a 14-foot walnut custom table with matching chairs, sculptural lighting and a glassed wine room anchor the heart of the home. Across the house, architectural built-ins and beautiful natural light meet layered styling that showcases the woodwork’s texture. Large sectionals and bespoke sofas bring warmth and coziness throughout. Being California, the outdoors live like a second living room—multiple seating pockets by the pool for long, lazy lunches al fresco. All furnishings by Vesta are available for purchase with the property, curated specifically for this estate. Contact vestahome.com for more information. New York Fashion Week Meets Interiors... Odd Muse brings the fashion; Vesta brings the furniture. For Odd Muse’s flagship SoHo store, our designer Hailey Antrim leaned into a dreamy palette—dusty-pink accent chairs, ivory bouclé sofas, veined-marble tables and soft curves that echo the architecture. At the center of the store, our Lauren Abstract Console sits—part display, part sculpture. Fashion and interiors often speak the same language. Visit 55 Mercer St to see it IRL or visit vestahome.com for more fashionable furniture.
