  • We are excited to recognize Samuel Wells in this month’s Employee Spotlight! Samuel is an Inspector/Service Technician at our Raleigh Sprinkler Division and joined VSC in April of 2024. Integrity is something that really stands out for Samuel, which is one of the reasons he was drawn to VSC initially. He mentions that “Integrity is a 24/7 deal, not just at work but in my personal life as well.” We are thankful to have Samuel as a part of the team! His dedication to the industry and commitment to quality make him a great addition to VSC. We look forward to Samuel’s continued achievements. • Our VSC Springfield Division has been hard at work on the Navy Federal Credit Union Renovation project. This project is a 12-phase renovation project located at the Navy Federal Credit Union headquarters in Fairfax County, Virginia. System design started in July 2023 and final inspections happened in September 2025. Work included adding and relocating existing systems for the first three phases, plus full demolition and replacement of the remaining systems due to the previous use of XL piping. • Our Division Managers Meeting was filled with opportunities for learning and collaboration. Attendees participated in breakout sessions and round tables which gave them the chance to ask the experts about many topics they face in their day to day. A sincere thank you to the speakers for sharing their knowledge and their hard work to lead these impactful sessions.

  • VSC employees Kenny Smith and Savannah Miller attended the Truck Touch on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the West Manchester Township Fire Department. This event is held annually during Fire Prevention Week to educate the public on fire safety and fire prevention. Children and their families can see demonstrations, participate in a poster contest, and get a hands-on look at emergency vehicles. Members of the local fire department also teach and guide children through a smoke house simulator which teaches them how to stay calm and safely exit the building in the event of a fire. VSC was lucky to be on site as a resource for the event!
