Nietypowe wyzwania wymagają niestandardowych rozwiązań – tak powstał nasz wentylator osiowy serii KB o średnicy 960 mm. Projekt narodził się w odpowiedzi na konkretne potrzeby klienta: uzyskanie bardzo dużego przepływu powietrza przy znacznym wzroście ciśnienia, ograniczenie poziomu hałasu oraz zmieszczenie całości w ograniczonej przestrzeni montażowej. Dzięki zastosowaniu najnowszej generacji wysokosprawnych wirników, opracowanych specjalnie do użycia w chłodniach wentylatorowych i dry-coolerach, udało się osiągnąć imponującą sprawność całkowitą przekraczającą 80%. Co więcej, wymagane parametry pracy uzyskaliśmy przy niższych prędkościach obrotowych niż typowe rozwiązania dostępne na rynku. Kluczowym elementem sukcesu okazał się specjalnie zaprojektowany silnik EC firmy WEG, umożliwiający pracę przy prędkości 1100 obr./min – dokładnie w punkcie optymalnym dla systemu. Tradycyjne silniki 4-biegunowe były zbyt głośne, a 6-biegunowe nie osiągały wymaganych parametrów przepływowych. Silnik WEG łączy wysoką sprawność z możliwością uzyskania nietypowej prędkości obrotowej bez przemiennika częstotliwości oraz znaczące zmniejszenie kosztów operacyjnych dzięki obniżonemu zużyciu energii. To rozwiązanie pokazuje, że wysoka wydajność, cicha praca i kompaktowa konstrukcja mogą iść w parze – wystarczy połączyć innowację z inżynierską precyzją. Planetfan, fan-tastic results. Unusual challenges require unconventional solutions - which is how our 960 mm diameter KB-series axial fan was developed. The design was born in response to the customer's specific needs: to achieve very high airflow with a significant increase in pressure, to reduce noise levels and to fit the whole thing into a limited installation space. Thanks to the use of the latest generation of high-efficiency impellers, developed specifically for cooling tower and dry-cooler applications, it was possible to achieve an impressive total efficiency of more than 80%. What's more, we achieved the required performance at lower speeds than typical solutions available on the market. A key element in the success turned out to be WEG's specially designed EC motor, enabling operation at 1100 rpm - exactly the optimal point for the system. Traditional 4-pole motors were too noisy, and 6-pole motors did not achieve the required flow performance. The WEG motor combines high efficiency with the ability to achieve an atypical speed without an additional inverter and a significant reduction in operating costs due to reduced energy consumption. This solution shows that high efficiency, quiet operation and compact design can go hand in hand - just combine innovation with engineering precision.
