The last couple of weeks have been an absolute rollercoaster of emotions. Some words that come to mind….Scared. Shocked. Optimistic. Grateful. Loved. I was one of the roles impacted as part of the global layoffs at LinkedIn — and I’ve been feeling all the feels alongside so many incredible teammates who were also affected. That said, I’m incredibly grateful for the love, support, and community that rallied around me during this time. The fact that I’ve been reappointed into a new role here in Australia has been truly humbling. It’s not lost on me how fortunate I am — and I carry deep respect for those whose time here has come to an end. I’ll never forget the strength and grace I’ve witnessed in this community To my former team Laura Barnes Jismy R.
