We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to join our enthusiastic team. In this role you will be responsible for the ‘Redesign Food for Value’ project, which has an international focus.
How do you contribute to our journey?
We are seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate the Redesign Food for Value project. The project manager will be responsible for monitoring progress, budget, planning, deliverables (KPIs), reporting, and communication between the various work packages and stakeholders. The complexity of this project lies in the diversity of consortium partners and the types of participants in the SME programme, which makes this a senior-level role. Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and oversee project planning, progress, budget, and KPIs
Collaborate with and facilitate communication between WP leads and consortium partners
Prepare and chair regular internal and external project meetings
Maintain contact with EIT Food and external stakeholders (e.g. Advisory Board)
Provide reporting via the EIT Food reporting platform
Contribute to the impact assessment and evaluation processes
Support and contribute to communication activities and event organisation
Identify and manage risks and issues within the project
What makes you the ideal person we are looking for?
Proven experience in project management within innovation projects
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong in planning, reporting, and stakeholder management
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
Fluent in English, understands Dutch
Duration of the assignment:
Start: As soon as possible. The project, and therefore the assignment, runs until 31 October 2026. Hours: 24–32 per week.
