Chief Commercial Officer – CDMO

Medexec are partnered with a leading global CDMO organisation in the Small Molecules and Biologics space, seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join its executive team.

The mandate:

• Report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s global growth strategy.
• Lead business development, commercial operations, and strategic partnerships worldwide.
• Drive revenue growth with a clear target of exceeding $1B in the coming years.
• Build, scale, and inspire a high-performing global commercial team.

The ideal profile:

• Minimum 10 - 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the CDMO industry.
• Expertise in ADCs, bioconjugates, or advanced modalities is highly advantageous.
• Strong track record in structuring complex global partnerships and driving transformational growth.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with execution.
• International experience operating at executive/board level.
