About the Role
We are seeking a high-potential Global Supply Chain Manager to lead key strategic initiatives and performance transformation programs across a network of 50+ manufacturing sites worldwide, covering Europe, the Americas, and Asia / China
This is not a traditional operational role — it’s a strategic and transformative mission. Working directly with the Group Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, you will help shape the organization of tomorrow, enhance global performance, and drive cross-functional change across all dimensions of the supply chain.
This position is designed for a future senior executive: a leader who can combine Strategy, Vision, and Leadership to make a difference in one of the Group’s most ambitious global transformation programs.
Key Missions , not limited to
Design and deploy new & running global initiatives to boost efficiency, simplify processes, and elevate overall performance.
Model and optimize organizational structures across regions and divisions to achieve operational excellence.
Develop risk-management frameworks and KPI systems to anticipate Supply Chain disruptions and build long-term resilience.
Lead upskilling and competency programs for a global network of thousands supply chain professionals, in collaboration with internal programs and leading institutes.
Drive & improve end-to-end process improvements involving sales, purchasing, finance, logistics, and program management.
Influence, inspire, and engage global stakeholders — leading through vision and impact rather than hierarchy.

Profile We’re Looking For
Min. 8 years of experience in supply chain management in the fields of planning, warehouse management & material flow , etc … in a global Automotive Tier one or OEM , reference in supply chain & operations management
Min. 3 years of leadership experience in supply chain management of a plant, regional or global organization in automotive
Industrial engineering degree or equivalent ; focus on supply chain management and logistics is a plus
Proven success in transformation and performance improvement programs / initiatives in Supply chain
Solid expertise in planning systems, IT (SAP), logistics flow, and PC&L management.
Yourself
A rare combination of strategic thinking, vision, and leadership — able to connect global strategy with local execution.
Fluent in English (another language , Spanish , French …is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal skills, influence, and communication abilities across complex, multicultural organizations.
Open to frequent international travel.
