Overview

Seeking an LDC Adopt Manager for a global pharmaceutical company to lead the implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA-based logistics and operations processes across their manufacturing sites and local markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and adoption of SAP S/4HANA logistics, warehousing, and distribution planning processes.
• Align global solution designs with local business needs to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to support deployments, resolve issues, and optimize performance.
• Drive knowledge transfer, training, and capability-building for local teams and end-users.
• Act as the primary escalation point for logistics-related process and system issues.
• Ensure all activities align with compliance, quality, and internal governance standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across supply chain execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA logistics and supply chain process deployment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, warehouse management, and distribution planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a global, matrixed environment; GxP and compliance knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
