Hartmann Young are partnered with one of the most established organisations in the life science space, a global leader that is looking to drive growth across their Genomics portfolio through market development.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand marker share.
Sales forecasting and execution in EMEA.
Manage and lead a team of Account Managers and FAS teams across EMEA.
Build and maintain existing relationships with key clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor trends and competitors to identify new methods and approaches to the market.
Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Product) to drive country specific marketing plans and drive new product launches.
Qualifications
MSc in life sciences discipline (PhD preferred)
Minimum 3yrs in management position with similar territory responsibility.
8yrs experience in Omics sales.
Proven track record of territory growth in a similar space.
Industry and Lab experience in Genomics a must (NGS, Single Cell, Spatial)
