Hartmann Young are partnered with one of the most established organisations in the life science space, a global leader that is looking to drive growth across their Genomics portfolio through market development.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand marker share.
  • Sales forecasting and execution in EMEA.
  • Manage and lead a team of Account Managers and FAS teams across EMEA.
  • Build and maintain existing relationships with key clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor trends and competitors to identify new methods and approaches to the market.
  • Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Product) to drive country specific marketing plans and drive new product launches.


Qualifications


  • MSc in life sciences discipline (PhD preferred)
  • Minimum 3yrs in management position with similar territory responsibility.
  • 8yrs experience in Omics sales.
  • Proven track record of territory growth in a similar space.
  • Industry and Lab experience in Genomics a must (NGS, Single Cell, Spatial)
