- As former Xerox CEO Anne Mulcahy said, "Employees are a company's greatest asset." And that's absolutely true for your content marketing. Employees make compelling heroes in your stories. So let's walk through two techniques for incorporating employees into your content marketing. One technique is called save the day. This is when you explain how your employees rescued the company or your customers from a threat. Tennessee Valley Authority or TVA for short does an excellent job with this. TVA regularly shares stories about how its employees have responded to environmental problems like flooding and pollution, as well as energy problems like power outages and shortages. Another example is General Electric, who shares stories about employees overcoming complex technical or engineering challenges.
