- Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your Agile journey. For me, Agile is more about mindset than about framework. You can always reference the framework to remind yourself of the fundamentals, but the framework will not remind you of the mindset. Agile is more than just scheduling the meetings and doing Agile. To be Agile is to understand that there are parts of the framework that will work best for you and your situation now, and there are other parts of the framework that will require time and patience to incorporate. Constantly searching for ways to improve Agile will not only benefit you, but will also benefit your sphere of influence. Hopefully, you'll take these methods I've taught you in this course and apply them with repetition to reinforce them.
