- You have a backlog of work to deliver. You planned a sprint of work, successfully collaborated daily on the delivery. The team has demonstrated and celebrated their successes, and we proposed ways we can improve delivery of value. How can the team be sure they're working on the right backlog items at the right time? This is where backlog refinement can help, and specifically calculating and delivering on the shortest job first.
