- [Instructor] Your Android phone automatically receives phone calls. To place them, you use the phone app. It often dwells here on the favorites tray, available on every home screen page. On your device, look for these items in the phone app. The dial pad which is summoned here by tapping this dial pad icon. A list of recent calls, which may also be called the call history. Contacts, which is the full contact list, but also your favorites, hear and voicemail. Use the dial pad to place a call punching in a number. As you type matching contacts appear. Choose one to quickly select the contacts number, and use the delete button to backup and erase. As a tip, you can type a name on the dial pad. Say FRE to find my friend, Freya. When you type a number, an action overflow appears. You can insert a two-second pause into the number or wait. The two second pause is shown, as a comma character. This pause…
