- A landing page is the page that someone will likely land on after they click a link. Landing pages are essential to any marketing funnel. Landing pages help to get your followers from one stage of your funnel to the next. There are two main type of landing pages that you need to be aware of as a content creator. The first is an opt-in page. Opt-in pages have different names so it's important for you not to get confused. An opt-in page can also be referred to as a squeeze page or sometimes even a lead page. Your opt-in page is basically a page that allows your followers to submit their email address or any other information that you could utilize to get in contact with them in the future.
