Emotion guides the way you make informed decisions, the way you develop relationships, and how you see your own self worth. Emotions make you human, and how they impact you and others can be surprising. Hi, I'm Dr. Nicole Tetreault. I'm a neuroscientist, the author of "Insight Into a Bright Mind," and a meditation teacher in Southern California. I'm passionate about helping people live their best lives.
