- AI is an integral part of our world, and it will only develop with time. You might as well learn to use it or be replaced by someone who does. Harsh, I know, but it is the reality. Utilizing AI to enhance your mentorship is a good place to start, as you will still very much be needed as a person, but your time can be saved by leveraging AI. Throughout the course, we've looked at various strategies and tools that would enhance your mentorship in the AI era. The ball is now in your court to apply these strategies. There are three main things I want you to remember. First, mentorship is about connection, not perfection, whether in person or virtually authentic relationships are what make mentorship survive and thrive.
