- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. To show the scheduling best practice guideline values, all you have to do is add text boxes to your graphical report. Here, we're looking at the schedule assessment report that we've already created. If you don't see it, go to the report tab on the ribbon and then click custom, and choose the name of the report. We're going to add text boxes beneath each of the columns to specify what the guideline is and what the value should be. So to do that, I'm going to go to report design. Then in the insert section, click text box. I'm going to add in the name, so it's going to be missing links, and that should be less than 5%. Now what I'm going to do is select it and then point toward one of the edges, so that I can drag it down and I want to line it up with the bottom of the table. Then, I'm going to also point at the corner, so I can change the size. I want it to be the size of the column…
