Adding forecasting from the analytics pane

- [Instructor] For time-series data, we can not only make predictions about outcomes for new data, but we can also use historical time-series data patterns and trends to forecast future predicted outcomes. Temperatures are a great way to experiment with forecasting because they're relatively consistent when comparing year over year numbers to account for seasonality and they're generally predictable in the near foreseeable future. We can add forecasting to a series of time-series observations like the daily or monthly average temperature measurements like we see here in our current line chart. Let's navigate to the Analytics pane to turn on this functionality. This adds a trend line to the right side of our data representing future temperature predictions. Right now, we're predicting them as monthly numbers with the date dimension selected in the Date Level parameter.
