(upbeat orchestral music) - [Jeremy] Hi, my name is Jeremy. (upbeat orchestral music) I'm the chef and owner of The Pine in Collingwood. (upbeat orchestral music) Along with my wife Cassie. (upbeat orchestral music) We've now owned The Pine for three years now. (upbeat orchestral music) One thing about The Pine is we always try and come back to being very unique, and in order to be unique, it has to be very personal. So it's essentially my story of growing up in kitchens, working around the world. (upbeat orchestral music) I grew up in Thornbury, Ontario, just like a little one town over here.
