- There will soon be billions of AI agents in the workplace that will learn, adapt, and make decisions on their own. Sitting on the sidelines is not an option. It's imperative that you understand AI agents, and know when and where to use them. My name's Ian Barkin. I've spent my career in automation. I co-founded an RPA consultancy. I'm an active advisor to AI startups, and I'm the CEO of a multi-agentic workforce company. I have numerous courses on this platform, and I've authored books on intelligent automation and citizen development. All this to say, I've been at this for a while, and I still find the last few years to be dizzying. I imagine you do too. I've written this course for you. It's not a technical one, and I won't be showing you how to build AI agents. Instead, our goal is to give you the tools to build an agent-ready organization. So, let's begin.
