It’s a little surreal to see myself featured on billboards across metro stations as part of Macquarie Business School’s alumni campaign. Pursuing my MBA (over a decade ago!) was one of the most transformative decisions of my career. It gave me the opportunity to step back, challenge my thinking, and develop as a leader, not just in terms of strategy and execution, but also in values, resilience, and impact. The friendships, networks, and opportunities that came with it continue to shape my journey today. I’m honored to be part of this campaign and grateful for the role that my MBA (and my global community around it) have played in broadening my perspective and amplifying my purpose as a leader. To those currently studying, or thinking about whether that next big leap is worth it… stick with it.
