𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 (𝗥𝗦𝗠𝗛) officially partners 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝟮.𝟬 🌎 Over 8.6 million lives in South Sumatra rely on access to timely, high-quality cancer care. Now, there’s new hope. ✨As a regional cancer center, RSMH will: 1️⃣ Train hospitals across Sumatra in best practices and radiotherapy protocols 2️⃣ Receive global mentorship and support from 𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗢, DEG Impulse, Elekta, and Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST) - Vietnam 3️⃣ Strengthen oncology infrastructure and long-term planning 📊 With ~36,000 new cervical cancer cases each year in Indonesia, this milestone marks a powerful step toward better outcomes enabled by project ACTIVE 2.0 : A collaboration led by Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮, and global partners to enhance cervical-cancer care in Indonesia.
