Tag them here and give them a shout out re: what made them great. Looking to add to my team here at Gensyn in the near future and want to network with the best. I tend to love working with direct, internally motivated people who have a desire and ability to learn new things, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, a sense of urgency, and an eye for process improvement. I have found these things in people at various levels and across industries and they have always been force multipliers so I am less concerned about what they look like on paper. Who fits the bill and/or goes beyond those qualities in a way that is valuable and something I may not have considered?
