The Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2025 includes Joyce Mullen, president and CEO of Insight Enterprises. The digital sponsor of the Most Influential Women is Ganem Companies. Meet Joyce Mullen here. Joyce Mullen, Insight Enterprises Background: Mullen is President and CEO of Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with over 14,000 teammates worldwide. With 30+ years of technology leadership experience, Joyce drives transformation by unlocking the power of people and technology to accelerate business outcomes for clients across 19 countries. Source of pride: “Leading Insight’s transformation into the industry’s leading Solutions Integrator gives me tremendous pride. We’ve built deep expertise in high-growth areas where clients need us most while staying true to our values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony. Seeing our teammates deliver remarkable results for clients confirms we’re creating something truly special.” Professional advice: “First, deliver results. You earn the right to talk strategy after execution. Second, surround yourself with people smarter than you — it makes your job easier and raises the bar for everyone. Finally, be loud and proud about your passions. It’s exhausting trying to be someone you’re not, so bring your whole self to work.” Surprising fact: “I once climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, where I saw how porters — quietly shouldering every ounce of gear — make the summit possible. It taught me that when you align your passion with teammates who lift you higher, even the highest peaks feel within reach. Celebrate those who carry you up. They’re your secret to success!” #MIW2025 #mostinfluentialwomen #womenintech #womenintechnology

Congratulations Joyce!!
Amazing, Huge congratulations Joyce Mullen 🩷
Looks like an amazing lady, but does she know how endless employees are being made redundant each week and their jobs outsourced to India? My husband had been with the company for over 14 years, a servicenow developer, dropped just like that without even a thank you for his years of service. I have cancer and had been receiving treatment on the company healthcare scheme, which is also cancelled at the end of this month, leaving me without healthcare and no chance of being covered elsewhere, midway through my chemo sessions, the company were fully aware. So not only was my husband dealing with my illness and redundancy out of the blue but now we are scared as to where and how I will be able to continue my treatment. I used to also work for Insight in the UK many years ago, back then the focus was hunger, heart, harmony and employees were looked after. What happened?
Congrats Joyce!!!
