University of St.Gallen has created a new platform - Sustainability in Academia - which compiles high quality, open-access resources for sustainability educators: https://lnkd.in/gk2yfPez The collection includes research articles, simulations, videos and more. Teaching designs are also taken into account: ‘We promote innovative formats, such as project work with industry partners, podcasts or “serious games”,’ says Fabio D. Allegrini. He and Dr. Anna Diaz developed the platform. The Network for Business Sustainability was honoured to play a supporting role, alongside WWF Switzerland, in bringing this platform to life. We hope the collection of high quality resources on the site will make your sustainability teaching efforts a little bit easier. 🌍HSG, together with WWF Switzerland and the Network for Business Sustainability (NBS), has launched Sustainability in Academia - a digital platform offering hundreds of freely accessible teaching materials on sustainability. The collection includes research articles, simulations, videos and more — all openly available and quality-checked. Teaching designs are also taken into account: ‘We promote innovative formats such as project work with industry partners, podcasts or “serious games”,’ says Fabio D. Allegrini. He is a trained teacher and, together with project leader Dr. Anna Diaz, develops the platform. The initiative not only strengthens HSG's international positioning – as a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) – but also takes current labour market requirements into account. ‘Issues of sustainability affect all industries,’ emphasises Allegrini. ‘With SiA content, students learn how to tackle complex challenges such as climate change, inequality and resource scarcity.’ HSG Responsibility & Sustainability Read more: https://unisg.link/mun
