🤝 We are proud to announce that VMA, part of our CFE Group, has been awarded a major Maintenance & EPC contract with the municipality of Tessenderlo-Ham, through the VEB (Vlaams Energiebedrijf). This long-term partnership aims at transforming 6 local public buildings such as sports infrastructure, local meeting centers and childcare facilities into sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. 🌱🏢 At the beginning of a 12-year collaboration, VMA will perform an energy-efficient renovation of these buildings by installing solar panels, smart HVAC, LED lighting, insulation, and water recovery systems. The objective is to deliver significant savings: ⚡34.8% electricity, 🔥14.9% natural gas, 🛢️100% heating oil, and💧16.8% water.
