6 weeks in, my 'AI for All' report card is looking pretty darn good. And I'm a tough grader. At our monthly Sendoso All Hands meeting (I love the 2nd Thursday of each month!) earlier today, Amir Younes (yeah he's the one with the fancy hairdo) shared the vision and mission of our AI for All initiative, and our progress so far. Vision: For Sendoso to be a leader in leveraging AI as a force multiplier for innovation, operational excellence and human connection. Mission: To responsibly guide and govern the deployment of artificial intelligence at Sendoso while driving scale, productivity, and sustainable/ethical AI innovations OKRs: - Steering Committee – DONE - Investment / Success Frameworks & Governance Policy – Drafted & in review - AI 101 Training – Scheduled - AI/Automation Opportunities – In progress And beyond OKRs, the innovation has been inspiring. Egan Callahan took the session to the next level by showcasing the 'Contract Agent' he built to extract key information from PDF contracts that can help us turbocharge the value we deliver via our customer engagements. Austin Sandmeyer 🔥🎁 cannot wait to get going on this! And if that wasn't enough, Muhammad Ahmed Cheema then BLEW. OUR. MINDS. with a product demo built on top of the agentic framework that Gaurav Sharma has created. I cannot wait for us to bring these valuable innovations to our customers in the coming months. I'm incredibly proud of the way the team has embraced our AI for All initiative.
