Last week in New York at UNGA 2025, I joined global leaders to explore how Africa can accelerate digital transformation, inclusive growth, and sustainable development. Highlights included the Kenya–U.S. Investment Forum, bilateral meetings with UNECA and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Private Sector Forum at UN Headquarters, and the Africa House Digital Futures Summit, where I spoke on financing Africa’s digital sovereignty. I also joined a Devex roundtable on advancing African-led education research. These engagements reinforced the importance of collaboration and innovation in unlocking Africa’s potential. At Safaricom PLC , this is central to our purpose of transforming lives through digital inclusion, financial empowerment, and sustainable growth. #UNGA2025
