Princess Court has undergone a transformative cladding remediation, enhancing both its fire performance and visual appeal. The project features 8mm EQUITONE UK by Etex [natura] Cladding Panels in N163 and N073 finishes, expertly fabricated in-house by Gordian Building Solutions to precise specifications. EQUITONE [natura] is a through-coloured fibre cement material with a raw, tactile texture, delivering a refined and contemporary aesthetic. The natural fibre matrix of the panels creates a sophisticated finish that complements the building’s architectural character. Beyond its visual appeal, the cladding provides durability, sound insulation, water resistance, and resilience to extreme temperatures and frost, while being classified in accordance with EN13501-1 achibeing A2-s1, d0.
