I have experience on healthcare innovation and thrive in diverse, multidisciplinary teams. Together, let's unlock the future of transformative healthcare solutions.

I look forward to contributing to the 13th International Multithematic Medical Congress (IMBMC 2025), taking place 6–8 November at European University Cyprus, where leaders from health systems, policy, academia, and innovation will gather to address urgent challenges in workforce development, digital transformation, and the future of care in Europe. As part of the Policy Tracks and main sessions, I’ll join several high-level dialogues on systems transformation and ecosystem-building. On November 7th, I will moderate two sessions exploring how evolving mindsets, skillsets, and collaborative models can shape the next generation of inclusive, community-based, and resilient health systems: In the first, with Carina Dantas, Cris Scotter, Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel, and Emma Rawson-Te Patu, we will explore how EU frameworks and local realities intersect to shape workforce transformation for prevention-oriented, culturally competent, and digitally enabled care. The second will focus on strategic foresight for wellbeing, featuring Carina Dantas, Bogi Eliasen, Lars Münter, and Eva Turk, examining how participatory foresight can foster long-term resilience, trust, and wellbeing strategies across Europe. On November 8th, two sessions will highlight knowledge sharing as a catalyst for change in mental health and precision medicine. In the first, ANNA KUDIYAROVA, Nina Soenderberg, and Sotiris Themistokleous will discuss how participatory mental health models can strengthen community well-being and inclusion. Later, I’ll join Terry Pirovolakis and Eva Turk as a speaker in a session on how HTA can guide ethical and equitable rollout of gene therapies, especially for rare diseases—balancing real-world data, evidence, and innovation. A final session with Takis Kotis, Bogi Eliasen, Diana Arsovic, Jun (Helena) Li, and MEP Michael Hadjipantela will ask: Is Europe ready for longer lives? The panel will discuss redesigning services, communities, and governance to support aging populations, connecting Danish Presidency of the Council of the EU 2025 and Secretariat of Cyprus Presidency of the Council of EU through @One Health One Road frameworks. IMBMC 2025 offers a rare opportunity to align policy, science, and practice—reminding us that knowledge sharing remains one of humanity’s greatest assets. https://bsc.euc.ac.cy/ With contributions from a broad ecosystem of partners—including Cambridge Medical Academy - UKeMED, Danish Life Science Cluster, MOVEMENT HEALTH FOUNDATION, Nordic Health 2030 Movement, EHFF European Health Futures Forum, European Health Union Initiative, Health Technology Assessment international (HTAi), FH St. Pölten – University of Applied Sciences, SHAFE Foundation, WHO Regional Office for Europe, CSI Cyprus, and IHCHI - Institute for Human-Centered Health Innovation this year’s IMBMC will foster the kinds of dialogue, alignment, and collaboration that long-term transformation demands
