Agile Development Consulting SNC’s Post

Agile Development Consulting SNC Supports SOCIEUX+ Knowledge Management Efforts Ready, set, go! Last week, ADC’s Executive Director, Federico Martire, and Senior Disability Inclusion Expert, Janina Arsenjeva (she/her), joined the kick-off seminar of the SOCIEUX+ e-course “Labour Market Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities in Low- and Middle-Income Countries.” The event took place at Enabel’s headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Why It Matters 🤝 Trusted Collaboration: ADC’s selection to prepare the course content reflects our deep expertise in disability rights and inclusive international cooperation. ✍ Beyond a Meet-and-Greet: Representatives from Participants from SOCIEUX+'s consortium members (Expertise France, ENABEL, and FIAP) and invited guests from ILO and the Belgian government worked together with our team to review the e-course's approach to disability inclusion in the labor market. 📍 Future Impact: The aim is to develop an accessible, impactful e-course that reinforces public institutions’ capacity to adopt disability-inclusive employment policies and practices. Building on and expanding SOCIEUX+ Experience SOCIEUX+ is an EU co-financed facility that brings European expertise in the field of social protection, labour, and employment to countries across the globe, at the request of partner institutions. The program’s substantial knowledge base, combined with a human rights–based approach and insights from the Global South, will be at the core of ADC’s work in designing the e-course. Next Steps Our consulting team will: - Review SOCIEUX+’s actions on disability inclusion, - Fine-tune the target group definitions, and - Ensure the e-course is both accessible and inclusive for all learners. Many thanks to Sarah Carpentier for the excellent organization of the workshop! I really loved the collaborative spirit and the energy at that meeting! It really is a privilege to participate in this project and give public employment services in LMIC practical, accessible and relatable knowledge! The future of learning is online :)
