🏗️ NSW Fast-Tracks Five High-Demand Precincts for 7800 New Homes 🏡 The NSW Government has just announced the rezoning of five key precincts under the State Significant Rezoning Policy—unlocking land for 7800 new homes across Sydney and regional NSW. For developers, planners, and investors, this is a major signal of where growth and opportunity are heading.
