This feature leverages Copilot to understand page context, suggest relevant content, and generate dynamic sections that incorporate organizational knowledge, documents, and meeting transcripts.
This enhancement simplifies content creation and improves productivity by reducing manual effort and enabling more intelligent, context-aware page building.

Hi everyone, This is Amy Diamond from SharePoint Wizard. Up until now, there were multiple tools that we could use AI or copilot within the SharePoint. So the first thing we could do is actually go to new and we would have page with AI where we could either create a page or post using a prompt or using one of the templates. In addition, what we could do also would actually be. To add that FAQ Web Part and you could see this here. As one of their web parts that exist here, one of them is their FAQ, we could also add the agent link. Now the third thing I would like to show you which is new is now we have just as you can see I edited this page. In addition to adding this a new section, I can now add section using AI. So I want to create a new page totally. So I will go to the. Home page and click on new and click on page. Here we have multiple templates that Microsoft provides and also the templates I have created but let's create a blank. Page totally. Now we see for that in addition to everywhere where I have the plus, I also have this stars or whatever it is. That means add section using AI. So when we click on it. We have an area where we can write a prompt. Now below we have three suggested topics as you can see showcasing learning highlights, list of help, helpful learning resources and share accounting learning features. Now how does he know that? Well, the site itself if you know this is called demo site learning so it somehow. Understands the context, but maybe if I give a name that will give some. Some idea then maybe it will help. So maybe I will use the topic copilot adoption. And. OK, and now I'll choose one of these ideas, but I'll adjust it, OK? Umm, so I'll say a list helpful learning resources and what I'll do is actually I will also. Reference to a file that I have strategic adoption for Copilot for large organizations. And. So if I click here now. It will generate some information based on the. Context of the site and of the file and of the prompt. So as you can see, it's starting to generate something. And. Yeah, actually this is what he did. But as you can see, I have 3 possibilities. So he gave me this one, this one and this one. I'm not happy, so I'll ask to regenerate. Again. Hopefully it will. Give me something more. That fits my needs. Maybe did not find any context that it's relevant. OK, here it looks much better and now we can do some adjustments. As you can see, I can go back and see what he suggested, but if I click here I can ask to make it shorter. Maybe I want to change the background, so I'll click here and change the background and maybe I will choose to make it. More fun. So not sure what fun means, but maybe it will give me some lighter color. But it can be anything and I got a mistake. Change the background to fish. So hopefully maybe I can have a picture of a fish or fishes. So we're waiting. And actually in parallel like it go and ask to generate a new section. It I I don't need to wait for each one of these to happen. So that's even choose this and let's say. OK, it gave me some kind of error, but this time you see it has been updated. Key highlights of copilot adoption and now it will generate something and based on the prompt and the resources it can generate something. And. Again, sometimes. It can save lots of time. Sometimes maybe you have something ready and you just want to do a slight. Adjustment. So in this case maybe I want to make it shorter. So we're waiting. And maybe we'll also change the background. As you can see, it takes the background, looks how the design is on the whole side, uses the theme and. Yeah, let's see, it made it shorter this time for some reason. The background. So change the background to. Yellow. And let's see if it gives something. OK. We're waiting patiently. And hopefully it will. Help provide it. Now it always gives gives a warning here that is generated by AI and it may be incorrect. So be aware of it and check it. So if this is what we like we could add it to the page. And actually you can see he created this. Section. And the idea is actually for the same section. I don't think it's possible to adjust it or ask once I added it to the page, because when I click here it will create a totally new section. But nice is actually if I go here and maybe I'll ask to create create a FAQ. So what I will do is actually. To create ifq and it will also make like a. Collapsible sections where you can upload or or where you can expand or. Or make it smaller or collapse. So. Yes, this is not what I expected. Let's ask it to regenerate. Actually we have it here, so we could, yes. So here we see one actually created like a Chevron where we can close it and open it. And then we can decide which one fits on each. But what happens here actually? Is. Let's go back that each one of these is a section. So I will add this and you will put it did it created multiple sections. So this is 1 section, this is 1 section and each one of these has its own setting. Go here. Go to here. This is the section that I'm talking about. So let's see. Let's choose this section and make it. 3 columns. And maybe that's. Publish it. And let's see how it looks. Yep. That what's strange is it didn't apply the amount of. Columns. Last week we announced that we're bringing Anthropic latest models, Claude Sonnet 4 and Claude Opus 4.1 into the Researcher Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot and into Copilot Studio, so that users can use the right model for the right use case with our AI platform. This brings a new level of user experience for Copilot Studio built Agents.
Makers can use these models in Copilot Studio in two ways:
- Orchestration: Build, orchestrate, and manage agents powered by Anthropic models for advanced reasoning, workflow automation, flexible agentic tasks, and tool use.
- Prompt builder: The prompt builder drop-down menu makes it simple to choose your optimal model for each scenario.
Here is a quick example for an HR user case. Here’s how to get started:
- Create a new agent: Open Copilot Studio and begin creating your HR onboarding agent.
- Connect knowledge sources: Link relevant HR documents, FAQs, and policy resources to your agent.
- Design prompts and flows: Set up conversational logic and workflows your agent will use to interact with new hires.
- Select model: In the settings panel, you’ll find the option to select your agent’s primary model for reasoning and responding. You can choose from available options, including OpenAI GPT-5 or the newly added Claude Sonnet 4 and Claude Opus 4.1 models.
- Configure AI tools: Model choice extends to custom prompts as well, allowing you to tailor your agent’s behavior to the strengths of each model for different tasks. For example, you might select one model for conversational employee FAQs and communications but use a different model for compliance checks and policy interpretation.
- Deploy and test: Launch your agent, test onboarding scenarios, and iterate based on feedback.

Leveraging the power of Make.com (Integromat), Gemini AI, and OpenAI (DALL·E), I created a seamless 10-module automation that handles everything — from idea to post. 💡✨
Here’s how the workflow runs:
1️⃣ Google Sheets → Fetches the next topic automatically
2️⃣ Gemini AI → Generates a complete post draft on the topic
3️⃣ Gemini AI → Crafts a creative image prompt from the text
4️⃣ OpenAI DALL·E → Brings the idea to life with an AI-generated image
5️⃣ HTTP Module → Downloads the image from OpenAI
6️⃣ Google Drive → Uploads and stores the image securely
7️⃣ Google Sheets → Updates the post content and tracking info
8️⃣ Google Drive → Retrieves the saved image
9️⃣ LinkedIn Module → Publishes the post + image automatically 🤖
🔟 Google Sheets → Final status update — all logged neatly

I’ve spent the last few days building an AI workflow that fully automates the process of finding, summarizing, and delivering content.
It takes trending AI stories, structures them into a newsletter, and also creates short-form video scripts — all without a single manual step.
This workflow scrapes the latest news, cleans and merges the data, rewrites it using AI, and then delivers the final outputs directly to Gmail and Google Sheets.
The goal was simple: stop wasting hours on repetitive content prep and let automation handle it end to end.
This system now gives daily topic ideas, newsletters, and ready-to-post scripts for content creators in the AI niche.
