One of the true joys of farming is watching the crop come safely in for storage. You may be annoyed by the recent weather but that’s nothing compared to farmers who haven’t had rain for 4 months and then get it every day during harvest! But this sight last night gives me more pleasure than almost anything. This spring barley will go for malting to be used in beer or whisky. Happy Friday and cheers to that! #backbritish farming #nfu #tuffonhall
