The new webinar, “Nature ambition in sovereign policies and financing strategies”, will take place on 13 November 2025 at 14:00 CEST, and will present new initiatives and guidance available for financial institutions interested in policy governance, the state of nature, and nature-related risk management. The FfB Foundation will launch its new Sovereign Debt Nature Assessment model during the webinar and open a call for public consultation. The model has been developed by the FfB Foundation’s Sovereign Debt Working Group, led by the French asset management company Amundi, and comprises 15 of the Foundation’s member institutions. The webinar will also explore the growing calls from financial institutions on governments to steer sectoral transformation pathways towards the nature-positive goal, as an effective approach to guide the alignment of financial flows with the goals and targets of the #GBF. As UNFCCC #COP30 and UN CBD #COP17 approach and calls to renew the global ambition of all relevant stakeholders to close the #BiodiversityFinance gap increase, the webinar will present updated approaches and ideas for the finance sector to further support transformative changes. This webinar is open to financial institutions and market stakeholders interested in advancing sustainability in sovereign debt analysis and policy engagement. 👉 Register now: https://lnkd.in/exuXBfyP
