Is your 10 years of experience really 10 years? Or 1 year repeated 10 times? The difference is LEARNING. I keep learning because I don't want to become outdated in my own field. Things change fast. What worked last year might not work today. Your skills have an expiry date. Your willingness to learn doesn't. So I read. I unlearn. I stay uncomfortable. Because the moment you think you know enough is when you start losing. Real experience means you evolved over 10 years. Fake experience means you stopped growing after year 1 and just repeated it 9 more times. Know the difference!
Powerful reminder. True experience isn’t about years served but growth earned through constant learning and adaptation.
Love this! also add that unlearning is just as important as learning, sometimes old habits are the biggest barrier to growth.
So true Anubhav Dubey 💯 It's crucial to unlearn, and to be uncomfortable (Always hungry to grab new knowledge & skills). 👏 🔥
Experience without learning is just time spent, not progress made.
Anubhav Dubey ! Absolutely right - experience only matters when there is continuous growth in it.
