One concept I’m currently developing is the use of private residential and commercial parking spaces located near high-demand areas — such as malls, embassies, hospitals, and hotels — for short-term smart parking (1–2 hours). This initiative aims to: 🚗 Relieve parking congestion in crowded city zones. 🏘️ Empower private property owners to share their unused spaces securely. 📱 Integrate smart technology, allowing drivers to locate, reserve, and pay for available spots through a connected parking app. 🤝 Create a shared ecosystem between property owners and parking operators for better control, revenue, and convenience. This concept supports sustainability, digital transformation, and smart city innovation — all key pillars of Vision 2030.
