We recently held a Mental Health Awareness Day here at Baker Electric with support from the operations and safety teams at EMCOR Group, Inc. and EMCOR Construction Services. The event provided our team with information on mental health resources they have access to and encouraged them to seek help if they need it. A local union representative; a professional mental health counselor; and HR, operations, and safety personnel all attended. EMCOR brought in a presenter, David Machovsky, to speak on the topic of resiliency. We also shared an informational poster with employees, discussing statistics on mental health challenges in our industry and directing them to resources. #EMCOR #MentalHealth #MentalHealthAwarenesss #Resiliency #Team
