We understand the requirement and then propose what we have. So it's not like run-of-the-mill. This is Pooja Kosla, Director at Aleron Travel. This was originally my uncle's brainchild. After that we reinstated the company back again and it moved from a proprietorship company to a partnership company to a private limited. What we are today, Alleron is actually a part in the tail of the plane which helps in smooth landing and maneuvering of the plane. And that is what we always want that our customers should have a happy holiday, something for the storybook for them to. Remember and share with their family members and generations to come. With the online world today where the presence of our competitors like Makemytrip, booking.com, we always get challenges of pricing which is not like a major challenge for us because service is what talks for us. We focus on services and that is something that we beat them out with initially. We continue to work on Excel sheets and was enough when we had a smaller customer base, but today we being a customer base of 30 corporates and five. 100 plus high network customers, it has become a little challenge for us to manage. Before using uh, big and we were managing our work manually, it was always a challenge to recall any pending works. Follow-ups were slow, which also resulted a lead lost or delayed responses. And we had approached one of the software development companies. We did create all the work flows from the scratch. And so it was a seamless process that they had created. Being a small company, it was difficult for us to be able to feed in for our 8,00,000 budget. So. That's when we started exploring more options and we met Mr. Abra. She talked to us about the entire problem she's facing by managing her operations all alone across the organization. For many of our team members are also sitting remotely. So it is very coming, very operationally difficult to manage across pipelines and having a central database system, a central place where they could see the operations going on smoothly. And we found the beginning to be natural choice. So we implemented 5 pipelines for them. Through that, the lead management is becoming easier for them and then the operations management has become easier for them. Basically hotels and land package pipeline is what I work on. Since managing vendor payment is a critical part to ensure that our bookings are intact and no Toto cancelled, BEGIN has helped us to seamlessly manage the same without any stress. Contact creation form is a great tool. We are sending the online link to the client for collecting the data to be recorded in BEGIN. We have integrated our emails with the BEGIN.
