I just had the amazing opportunity to attend the Agentforce Keynote: Become an Agentic Enterprise session at Dreamforce, where the Salesforce team shared incredible insights into how Agentforce 360 has evolved and where it is headed as one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing innovations! One of my key takeaways was the introduction to the new Agentforce Builder, which empowers non-technical users to create agents more easily and intuitively. For the more technical users, I am especially excited about Agent Scripts. A new scripting language that offers greater flexibility and control in building custom AI agents. Dreamforce 2025 — Things I didn’t expect to say this week 1️⃣ Companies are actually using AI agents now. Not pilots. Not proofs of concept. Real stuff, in production. And it works. 2️⃣ The line between data and integration? Gone. Everything talks to everything. 3️⃣ Voice bots are… good. As in: natural, fast, and occasionally almost too convincing. 4️⃣ I might be a developer now. Tried Salesforce Vibe — just described what I wanted, and it built it. Well, Salesforce is definitely walking the walk - first impressions from Dreamforce today: they opened with AI, decisively, kicking off with AgentForce, their AI agent framework - clear signal that AI isn’t a side project. What stood out: • AI isn’t being positioned as a tool, but as an operating layer - a full-stack shift in how workflows, decisions, and customer experiences are managed. • The word “agent” has a meaning - implies autonomy, orchestration, and ongoing interaction, not just task completion. • Enterprise adoption is no longer about if AI fits, it’s about how fast organizations can adapt securely and responsibly. Lately, I’ve been exploring different platforms for building AI agents — from Microsoft Copilot Studio to UiPath and n8n — and what fascinates me is how each one interprets “intelligence” differently. In Copilot Studio, it feels like you’re training a conversational colleague. The focus is on context and clarity — crafting prompts, defining actions, and watching how your Copilot can reason through natural language to fetch data, summarize insights, or connect across Microsoft 365 apps. UiPath brings precision and process discipline to the mix. It’s less about chat, more about how work actually gets done. The moment you connect an AI-powered workflow to a document understanding model or a data extraction bot, it feels like you’ve built a small digital operations team. And then there’s n8n — the creative playground. Open, visual, and delightfully flexible. You can wire APIs, chatbots, and automation logic together like Lego blocks. I built a simple agent that listened to form submissions, fetched data from Notion, and sent Slack alerts — and it all came alive in under an hour. What’s truly exciting is how these tools blur the line between automation and interaction. You’re no longer just scripting tasks; you’re designing experiences where systems think with you. Salesforce framed it as The Agentic Enterprise, but what’s unfolding is bigger, a shift to trusted autonomy where AI agents execute, decide, and orchestrate value safely within business guardrails. Here’s what’s reshaping the commercial landscape 👇 1️⃣ Pilots → Platforms The experiment era is over.
