From Delhi to the World — Mainstreaming the Future of Power The world took note as BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) showcased India’s first large-scale Digital Twin of a Power Distribution Network to over 60 delegates from more than 40 nations. These delegates visited BSES’ Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Kilokri, South Delhi, as part of the Eighth Session of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) Assembly. Developed in collaboration with the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), this AI-powered digital innovation brings to life a virtual replica of Delhi’s Janakpuri grid — enabling real-time monitoring, predictive fault detection, and smarter restoration. By mainstreaming emerging technologies such as Digital Twins and AI into live grid operations, BSES is transforming vision into reliability — and innovation into impact — for Delhi, for India, for the world.
