The latest National Cyber Security Centre Annual Review 2025 shows a clear pattern: as more cyber threats are reported each year, more incidents are being confirmed. In 2024–25, 48% of UK cyber cases were nationally significant, up 50% from last year. This means the UK is spotting threats faster, but serious attacks are also increasing.
