Call for participants: Help improve cancer survivorship for people with intellectual disability. Flinders University and Cancer Council SA are conducting a national research project, funded by the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF), to make cancer survivorship better for people with intellectual disability. We’re inviting the following groups to take part in Stage 1 of the project: ▪️Adults with intellectual disability (with or without a history of cancer). ▪️Disability service providers who have supported someone with intellectual disability and cancer since the introduction of the NDIS. ▪️Health professionals who have supported someone with intellectual disability and cancer since the introduction of the NDIS. ▪️Informal supporters (e.g. family, friends) of someone with intellectual disability and cancer since the introduction of the NDIS. Participants can take part in an online or in-person interview or focus group and will receive a $50 gift card as a thank you.
