ASH 2025 is the annual flagship meeting hosted by the American Society of Hematology, the world's premier professional organization for blood disorder specialists, making it the most significant and influential global conference for unveiling cutting-edge research in hematology. Highlights of Captor Therapeutics CT-03p's Potential in Venetoclax-Resistant AML: 💠Cardiosafe:  Unlike  MCL-1 inhibitors, CT-03p is confirmed to be cardiosafe, showing no adverse effect on non-human primate cardiac function at high doses. 💠Dual Resistance Overcome:  Data demonstrates CT-03p's mechanism of action effectively targets MCL-1 while overcoming BCL-2-mediated resistance. 💠Metabolic Implications:  New findings show CT-03p reduces oxidative phosphorylation and fatty acid oxidation in AML cells, tackling critical metabolic pathways driving Venetoclax resistance. 💠Synergistic Stem Cell Elimination:  The combination of CT-03p and Venetoclax is highly synergistic, proving effective in eliminating Venetoclax-resistant leukemic stem/progenitor cells - the root cause of patient relapse and mortality.
