Augmenting reality and removing barriers to phygital living as a Soldier turned CEO.

What if watching sports at home felt like stepping into the arena, and what if watching sports in the arena felt like stepping into the game? We walk in and there’s our favorite game, not on a TV, but playing out in 3D across a holographic table or through a transparent screen suspended in midair. You can rotate the play, zoom in on the fight or game and even pull up live highlights or stats with a simple gesture. We’re moving from viewing the game to experiencing it. This is the future of fan engagement! Immersive, interactive, and hyper-personalized. It’s no longer just about watching from the sidelines. It’s about being part of the action. Transparent screens. Holographic tables. Augmented, phygital layers of play. The question is: which sports organizations are ready to build the fan experience of the future? #SportsTech #AugmentingReality #PhygitalLiving #FanEngagement #DigitalAirspace #Kanektedtech #NextGenViewing VC🎥: berkaysoftware - IG

Wow! Amazing! Looks so so real 😳

Love the concept, but after that you have to do the hard math. Is everything around just going to be filmed using voxels? Super expensive, also inconvenient for everyone entering and exiting the playing field. Next, how heavy is the footage going to be. How much more powerful do our networks and broadcasting systems need to be. How much faster should the internet be to be able to download and play this kind of content from the comfort of a home. Oh and don’t even get me started about the initial price of these holographic displays.

Changing the world through advanced technology and immersive entertainment

What if we stopped watching so much and used tech to teach and improve our life? I am all for immersive technology and live and breath VR and Ai. I just can't stand sitting around watching people shoot a ball into a net or cheer on two people trying to beat each other up for money. There is skill and athleticism but the watching gets us no where. There will come a time where you simply generate your own sport or experience to watch simply from a prompt. I do prefer this concept over a flat screen TV but it will feel more real in VR and as society evolves and every household has a headset, I believe the future of watching sports will be done from within a headset, front row. Just my two cents from someone that does not watch sports at all and would rather play them.

The audience all look to be absolutely drugged out of their minds.

I played basketball for decades. I don't watch it ( frequently ), nor track teams or players. Yet, something about this stands out. Maybe being a kid enthralled with the idea of playing chess in 3D with a Wookie? Yes. That's it.
