A good dashboard doesn’t just display metrics, it starts a conversation. - “Why is this trend changing?” - “What risk is hiding here?” - “Where can we prevent issues?” If your dashboard isn’t prompting questions, it’s not helping the mission. Is your dashboard just a chart, or a decision tool?
