Helping companies create visible senior leaders who successfully leverage internal communications to drive change, increase employee engagement and retention.

Struggling to be a visible leader? When you're busy running a business, it's all too easy to overlook communication. But you need to be a visible leader these days AND your communications need to be noticed by everyone too. Even in a 25-person business, people are desperate to know more about you as a person and as a leader. Most of us have good intentions to keep up regular communications both internally and outside the business.  But like going to the gym, good intentions don't build strength!. That's where I come in. I coach leaders to create great communication and keep them on track to form long-lasting habits. Whatever you’re doing, it's probably not enough! The leaders I talk to tend to think they’re much more visible than they are. After all, are we really monitoring how many employees are reading our current communications and what actions they take after? You’re a flicker in your employees and stakeholders' day, so amplifying the face-to-face with your digital communication is essential these days. Being visible is the holy grail to creating communications that drive real engagement, get people bought into the company strategy and their part in achieving it. Ultimately driving productivity and profitability. When John Duffy, the CEO of Finsbury Food Group started doing regular live video updates and digital check-ins with the whole company, he was surprised that a lot of front line team members recognised him at site visits and commented that they’d seen his updates - amplifying his face-to-face visits and reaching more people. If you're a senior leader or organisation who would like help to create communications that enhance engagement, productivity and retention, then I'd love to talk to you. Say hello@the300.co
