If you're going to be using your smartphone to film added event, it's important to make sure you're using the best settings. Whether you have an enjoyed or an iPhone, the two most important things are to make sure your phone is charged and that you have enough free storage. Nothing drains a battery faster than filming. We recommend shooting in 4K if you can. The files are bigger but you can crop the video when you edit and not lose any quality, so you're effectively shooting two shots at once, a wide and a close up. As for the frame rate, 2425 is usually best. The fewer frames per second, the smaller the file. Have a look at our guide for more detail, it's linked right below.
