tl;Dr - check out this post on a super exciting AI based tool and please fill out the form! ---- One of the things that has interested me with AI has been how we can effectively use it when thinking of quality and testing (beyond code). Context however is a challenge. Not just your domain but when I've used most AIs, answers have felt too generic. It doesn't truly think like a tester. (side note: I had a pet project and Hackathon project both exploring this topic and had planned a blog post on it... but...) I'd read about Epic Test Quest before but a MoT TWIT (now TWIQ) explored it more and really love how they are trying to train an AI that actually gets it. However to do this needs input from different people so the more we can support ETQ, the more useful it can be for us. Those that know me will know that it is rare for me to be excited by a tool. ETQ has me properly curious though!
Testing shouldn’t be this frustrating - fixing it with Epic Test Quest | CPTO & Co-Founder | MoT Ambassador
Wizzo’s training arc begins! We’re collecting real examples of what you’d actually ask an QA assistant in your day-to-day testing life. Think: - “Generate test cases for a new feature XYZ” - “Find risks in this flow” - “Summarize my test plan” Each example you share helps us train Epic Test Quest’s QA assistant WIZZO to better understand how testers actually talk and work. It only takes 3–5 minutes and every response helps Wizzo level up. Form link in the first comment (because, you know… LinkedIn’s algorithm) Your input = a smarter, more useful QA assistant for testers everywhere #SoftwareTesting #QAassistant #EpicTestQuest

🚀 Smarter QA = Faster Launches. Here’s How We Do It. Most teams see Quality Assurance (QA) as the final gatekeeper before launch. At OrbITPeople, we see it differently - 💡 QA isn’t just about finding bugs. It’s about accelerating innovation. Here’s how our QA approach helps enterprises launch faster - with confidence 👇 ✅ Shift-Left Testing: We embed QA early in the SDLC - detecting issues before they cause delays. ✅ AI-Driven Test Automation: We leverage intelligent test scripts to predict failure points and speed up regression cycles. ✅ Continuous Integration + QA: Seamless pipelines mean feedback loops are shorter - releases happen faster and smoother. ✅ Real-World Scenario Testing: We simulate real environments to ensure stability under peak conditions. The result? ⚡️ 40% faster releases ⚡️ 30% fewer post-launch defects ⚡️ 100% more confidence on Day One Because smarter QA isn’t about testing more - it’s about testing smarter. At OrbITPeople, we help product teams turn QA into a growth accelerator - not a bottleneck. 💬 Ready to make QA your competitive edge? 👉 Visit: www.orbitpeople.com 📞 Let’s talk about building better, faster, and smarter. #QualityAssurance #SoftwareTesting #AutomationTesting #AITesting #DevOps #CICD #DigitalTransformation #ProductLaunch #TechLeaders #QAEngineering #OrbITPeople #Innovation

🔹 Quality as a Leadership Discipline: Elevating QA to the Executive Table 🔹 For too long, QA leadership has been seen only through the lens of delivery assurance. ✅ Test execution, defect metrics, and sign-offs have dominated the conversation. But true QA leaders know that quality is not just operational — it’s strategic. 👩💼 QA at the executive table means: Driving decisions with customer insights uncovered through testing. Aligning quality goals with business outcomes, not just defect rates. Leading cultural change where every team owns quality. Shaping how investments in automation, AI, and infrastructure serve the long-term vision. When QA is treated as a leadership discipline, it shifts from a gatekeeping role to a business enabler. It’s not just about finding bugs — it’s about building trust, resilience, and customer confidence at scale. 🚀 The future belongs to QA leaders who can think beyond their function and influence strategy, culture, and outcomes. 🚀 TestFlix 2025 – Redefining the Future of Quality Engineering A fantastic initiative by #TheTestTribe that once again united the entire #QACommunity under one virtual roof. Whether you’re a student just starting your journey or a seasoned QA leader, #TestFlix2025 delivered something meaningful for everyone. It was truly inspiring to be part of this knowledge-packed event where experts from leading organizations shared deep insights on AI in testing, automation strategies, leadership, and the evolving role of quality engineers. 💡 Key Takeaways 🔹 Flexibility is strength — always define the what and why, ensure alignment, and stay adaptable. 🔹 Knowledge sharing starts from within — one person’s initiative can inspire a whole team. 🔹 Leadership means courage — saying “no” when needed, guiding with empathy, and challenging dysfunction constructively. 🔹 Think ahead — QA and SDET roles are continuously evolving with technology; progression comes through curiosity and foresight. 🔹 Test smart — not everything needs to be tested, but the right things always should. 🤖 AI and the New QA Mindset AI continues to reshape Quality Engineering. Automation can accelerate processes and handle the common 94% of validation, but that final 6% — the rare, complex, and high-impact cases — still depend on the instinct, creativity, and intuition of human testers. Just like in healthcare where technology supports nurses but specialists diagnose rare cases, AI assists, but QA expertise ensures confidence. The real value lies in combining both. ⚙️ A Special Mention The event also showcased cutting-edge tools and technologies driving next-gen testing — from AI-powered automation and cloud testing platforms to agentic workflows that blend governance with agility. Each demo highlighted how innovation and collaboration together are shaping the future of testing. 🌟 Reflection There were so many brilliant minds who shared unique insights across leadership, automation, AI safety, test design, and team transformation. It’s nearly impossible to mention everyone, but every session added immense value and inspiration. This wasn’t just another event — it was a movement of shared learning, innovation, and community spirit. Truly grateful to the #TestTribe team for curating such a powerful experience and to all experts who continue to elevate the QA profession. 🙌 #TestFlix2025 #TheTestTribe #QA #QualityAssurance #AutomationTesting #SDET #AIinTesting #QualityEngineering #TestingCommunity #QALeadership #CareerGrowth #ContinuousLearning #GenAI #AgenticAutomation #Innovation #TechEvents #SoftwareTesting #TestAutomation #WomenInTesting BrowserStack, UiPath ,AutoTester ,Mallika Fernandes, Aparana Gupta ,Vanya Seth, Ronak Ray, Jaydeep Chakrabarty ,Andrew Knight, Pradeep Soundararajan ,David Ingraham ,Karime Salomón Zárate ,Robert Sabourin ,Anne-Marie Charrett,Julio de Lima,Craig Risi,Alan Richardson,🥋 Gil Zilberfeld TestinGil 🥋Brijesh DEB

🚀 Most teams still get QA wrong they treat it like a step, not a strategy. In Agile, QA isn’t a box you check at the end. It’s a mindset that drives how teams build, test, and deliver quality from day one. Over the years, I’ve learned that real QA starts long before the first line of code in the conversations, design discussions, and acceptance criteria that shape every sprint. ✅ True agility happens when: Testing is continuous Feedback is constant Collaboration is seamless QA is not just about catching bugs , it’s about building confidence in every release and ensuring quality becomes part of the team’s DNA. When teams embrace this philosophy, releases stop feeling like risks and start feeling like wins. 💪 #QALeadership #AgileMindset #QualityDrivenDevelopment #TestingInAgile #QAMindset #ContinuousImprovement #ProductQuality #SoftwareQuality #SprintLife #QA #Tester #CICD

QA Isn’t the End of Innovation — It’s Where It Begins Too often, QA is seen as the final checkpoint. But in reality, it’s the launchpad for innovation. Every bug caught is a story about learning faster. Every “what if” question is a doorway to better design. Every test case is a tiny experiment pushing the product closer to perfection. QA isn’t just about finding defects. It’s about finding opportunities — to simplify, to improve, to innovate. When QA teams work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering, we don’t just build reliable products — we build confidence to innovate boldly. Let’s stop treating QA as a gatekeeper. It’s the heartbeat of innovation in every great product. #QualityEngineering #InnovationCulture #ContinuousImprovement #AgileTesting #ProductInnovation #TestingExcellence #TechLeadership #EngineeringCulture #DigitalTransformation #InnovationMindset #Leadership #GrowthMindset #WomenInTech

☀️ A Day in the Life of a QA Every day starts with a simple goal — make sure what reaches the user actually works the way it should. Sounds easy, right? Well, not quite 😉 As a QA my day is a mix of curiosity, chaos, and collaboration. ☕ My day begins by checking the test boards and bug reports — stand-ups and syncs with developers and product owners, making sure we’re all on the same page about priorities and timelines. We talk through what’s ready for testing, what’s blocked, and sometimes, what just magically broke overnight. 💻 Then comes my favorite part: testing. I still enjoy walking through each flow, trying to think like a user (and sometimes, like a very confused one 😆). Finding that one tiny bug that nobody noticed yet? That’s the best feeling. Whether it’s validating new features, running through edge cases, or doing sanity checks after a fix — this is where curiosity meets patience. Manual testing keeps me grounded; it reminds me why the smallest detail matters. 🧩 By midday, I switch into process mode — reviewing test cases, improving checklists, setting priorities for the team, and making sure everyone’s on track. Managing QA is like keeping multiple tabs open in your brain — literally and mentally! 🌱 The afternoon is usually about mentoring — helping the team with scenarios, reviewing test coverage, or just sharing lessons from my own “oops” moments. 🎯 Before logging off, I like to wrap up with one key reflection: What did we improve today? Sometimes it’s a test case, sometimes a process, sometimes just a mindset. Being a QA isn’t just about testing. It’s about caring enough to make things better every single day — one test, one process, one team effort at a time. 💪 #QualityAssurance #ManualTesting #QALead #TestingLife #SoftwareTesting #ProcessImprovement #TechCareer #DayInTheLife #QALife #SoftwareQuality #TestingStories #LifeInQA #TechJourney #QualityMatters

🔵 ⚪ “I’ve heard people say that testers only test and that there’s no such thing as quality assurance — I disagree,” says Gabrielė Laurinaitytė, who joined Adroiti Technologies as a QA specialist six months ago and discovered a much broader view of what QA really means. “I joined Adroiti because I wanted more space to grow — a more dynamic, multifaceted role that lets me truly contribute to product development rather than just check boxes. In today’s market, QA professionals are often confined to narrow definitions of their work. That’s why I was so glad to find that my own perspective and Adroiti’s align — we both see QA as something much wider,” she shares. According to Gabrielė, Quality Assurance is about thinking bigger ⬇️ “It’s about understanding why something was built the way it was, and whether it truly fits the business logic and user needs. Because even if everything works, it doesn’t necessarily mean it works well“. In her first six months, Gabrielė highlights three things that stood out most ✅ 🔵 The team. People here are kind, ready to help, and great at what they do. 🔵 Encouragement of initiative. Adroiti has listened to me, given me space to take initiative, and encouraged it — not stifled it. There’s truly room to grow here. 🔵 A broader perspective. QA is seen as an integral part of a product’s success, not just a testing phase. Redefining QA. Building better products 🙌 #Adroiti #technologypowerhouse #cocreate #trust #QA
